Hot on the heels of the successful chatbot launch, IT service provider adesso has successfully realised a second project for Germany’s largest provider of green electricity and gas. With the help of adesso experts, the www.eprimo.de website has undergone a full redesign. The brand-new website offers a range of new functions and an enhanced customer experience and is built on cloud technology. The green energy provider with the slogan “Fürs Klima. Für mich” (for the climate, for me) is a key part of the energy transition in Germany and can now offer some 1.7 million customers a faster and better service online.

Influencer marketing has developed into a billion-dollar advertising market worldwide. More and more companies are using influencers in social networks for their advertising. But just how successful is this as a form of marketing? The adesso agency Reachbird has enhanced its analysis tool for brands and agencies and now facilitates the improved and more precise measurement and comparison of campaigns.

adesso is now on the Italian market, too. After having opened a site in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland roughly two years ago, adesso is expanding into the Italian market to the south. The BIMSWARM B2B platform, a new service that raises the bar for digitalisation in the construction industry, is now available online free of charge. Through this service, which is spearheaded by planen-bauen 4.0 GmbH, adesso is making a major contribution to the level of digital integration in the German construction industry. BIMSWARM is geared towards facilitating collaboration in the construction industry and was developed with the backing of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy as part of the BIMSWARM project.

New milestone in digital health applications: adesso and the Bayreuth-based medical devices manufacturer medi have founded a new joint venture called HEALAY. Based in Frankfurt, the new joint venture will focus on developing and marketing innovative digital health applications in the medical devices market.

The concept makes it possible to thoroughly optimise processes in custom manufacturing, from variant configuration, creating quotes, handling orders and planning, through to production, commissioning and service.

Since the beginning of 2018, the consulting and IT service provider adesso Schweiz AG has been represented in Romandy (the French-speaking region of Switzerland) where it continues to drive forward its intensive strategy for growth. The branch office in Lausanne is now being reorganised and expanded. In addition to occupying larger office spaces, adesso is also filling new key positions.
