adesso study reveals a significant divide in usage between various hierarchy levels.

Although Generative AI (GenAI) is now firmly established in day-to-day working life, managers and their staff have very different views on how it should be used, what is expected of it, and what the benefits are. This is confirmed by the updated and expanded GenAI study by con-sulting and IT service provider adesso, in which a total of 778 managers and employees from Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) participated. While top management is already used to working with these tools, the rest of the workforce is often more hesitant.

adesso Schweiz once again achieved record sales totaling 107 million Swiss francs in the past financial year. This corresponds to growth of 20 percent compared to the previous year.
