Challenges

V-ZUG was already using Microsoft 365 Copilot and standard GenAI tools in its daily work, but a strategic, company-wide AI platform was missing. In addition, there were limitations:

  • Generic tools know neither V-ZUG product data nor internal processes, systems, or process documentation.
  • Knowledge is scattered across SharePoint, ServiceNow, FSM, SAP, Outlook, and the intranet.
  • Most importantly, classic Copilot solutions do not provide a foundation on which agentic workflows, custom tools, and process-oriented automation can be built step-by-step.

Solution

V-Assist is based on the modular adesso AI platform. V-ZUG thus uses generative AI in a data-sovereign, flexible, and cost-effective manner. The platform can be smoothly integrated into existing infrastructure and fits seamlessly into systems and workflows:
