Here you can find out all about the many benefits we offer to our employees - our adessi. We are committed to creating a working environment that is not only challenging and fulfilling, but also promotes their wellbeing and satisfaction.

Working hours

Working hours can be arranged flexibly scheduled around attendance time. Thanks to the annual working time model, overtime can be compensated by time off. With the option of working from home and a reduced working week of 40 hours, we create the conditions for an optimal work-life balance. We also offer flexibility in terms of workload: a reduction to 80% is almost always possible.

Events

The unique adesso spirit is close to our hearts! To promote it, we organize numerous events outside the office every year. Examples include the Christmas dinner with partner, quarterly meetings (company updates followed by an aperitif), the ski weekend and the eduCamp. We also enter an adesso team in the B2Run company run and the nationwide "bike to work” campaign.

adesso eduCamp

Our annual eduCamp is the absolute highlight of our events calendar! This training week takes place directly on the Mediterranean coast. In addition to the shared experience, the focus is on further training and development. To this end, we offer a wide range of different courses - from highly technical content to specific sales and communication courses - so that our adessi are always at the forefront.

Vacation and more

adessi enjoy five weeks of vacation per year. Loyalty to the company is rewarded not only with a bonus, but also with an additional week's vacation after ten years of service. Unpaid leave can also be taken by arrangement, we are open to this. As a new father, you will also receive an extra two days paid leave for the birth of your child in addition to the statutory 10 days paternity leave.

Credits

All adessi receive a defined number of personal credits per year, which can be used for home office equipment, company parking spaces, public transport season tickets/tickets, entry fees for sporting events or contributions to cultural events in which they themselves are directly involved. In addition, every employee is reimbursed for their half-fare travelcard annually.

Benefits

Through various collaborations with Ticketcorner, Corporate Benefits and “brack.ch Plus”, adesso employees are able to take advantage of advance purchase on certain tickets and numerous discounts. There are also discounts on exercise and health courses. As well as these benefits, Cornèrcard offers adessi private credit and prepaid cards with special conditions.

Protection through insurance

adesso offers a high level of personal insurance cover. In addition to continued salary payments of 100% for one month in the first year of service and 12 months from the second year, we have daily sickness benefit insurance and accident insurance from AXA Winterthur with excellent conditions.

Cell phone and other rewards

adesso contributes to the cost of a personal cell phone or provides a company contract for staff. In addition, adesso makes a contribution to a new cell phone every two years. The writing of blog posts or specialist articles is also rewarded. adessi receive commission for referring new customers and employees.
