Consulting and IT service provider adesso and FinTech company CREALOGIX had previously worked closely together in Germany where they successfully completed multiple customer projects, including one involving a corporate client portal for the Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba). The two firms made the decision to expand the scope of this fruitful partnership. They wish to team up on future transformation projects for financial service providers in Switzerland and Italy.
The partnership began with a major project that proved to be a tremendous success. Helaba launched an information portal for corporate clients in collaboration with adesso as the implementation partner and CREALOGIX as the software service provider. The new digital banking portal for real-estate and corporate clients provides a full overview of all financial and account data for business customers as well as secure communication channels contained within a uniform user interface. A strategic partnership in Germany grew out of this customer project in 2020. To build on this success, the companies have now signed a partnership agreement in Switzerland.
By working closely together, adesso and CREALOGIX can provide financial institutions with consulting services and proven solutions from a single source, delivered by specialists with profound knowledge of the needs and challenges of the sector. In addition, adesso Schweiz AG opened an office with a highly capable team in Lugano in early 2020. This will allow it to serve Italian financial institutions along with customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
CREALOGIX’s product range includes mobile banking solutions, banking platforms and conversational banking. These services will become increasingly relevant for the sector going forward. While e-mail and the phone had been the two dominant methods of communications up until recently, there has been a growing shift in how users communicate across all groups towards text-, voice- and video-based messaging options. This trend is also evident among banking customers, forcing financial institutions to update their communications channels and change how they interact with customers.
Thanks to the partnership with adesso, it was possible to address new industry-specific requirements while integrating CREALOGIX solutions.
