Syrian Hadad will join adesso Schweiz AG as CTO on 1 April 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, architecture, platform development and digital transformation. Most recently, he worked for the Canton of Aargau as CTO and Head of Technology and Solution Development. In that role, he was responsible for key cloud, architecture and AI initiatives, led around 40 engineers in different teams and managed cross-functional transformation projects. In 2023, the team of the Canton of Aargau was honoured with the prestigious Digital Economy Award.
Syrian Hadad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from FHNW and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology. In addition, he is a lecturer – among others at the Bern University of Applied Sciences – and serves as a member of the board of directors of an SME in the canton of Aargau.
