Our learning and training package comprises well over 350 modules. We support our employees in gaining accreditation. For instance, we focus on certifications in the technology standards of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google and Microsoft, as well as in the area of project management or as part of our internal training programs for software architects and project managers.
We have a career model for the core competence functions. This describes the optimal competencies for a function level. In Software Engineering and IT Consulting, we have five different levels. There is also the opportunity to take on leadership competencies as a team leader and as a leader of a Community of Practice (CoP).
We support you in moving into a leadership role at adesso. Our management training, the "adesso qualified leadership", supports you in taking on (new) challenges in everyday management.
