WHAT YOU CAN MOVE

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tech Consultant / UiPath to design, implement, and maintain scalable process automation solutions with a strong focus on end-to-end process orchestration using Maestro, Bots, and intelligent Agents. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver context-aware, goal-driven workflows leveraging UiPath, Maestro, AI/LLMs, and orchestration frameworks. As a member of the adesso Business Automation Center of Excellence, you will join a collaborative, international, and multi-skilled team, contributing to forward-looking automation projects and shaping best practices in process automation delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, consult, and implement automation solutions with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center), orchestrating end-to-end processes using Maestro with Bots and intelligent Agents.
  • Manage the automation lifecycle: process discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Develop intelligent automation agents and orchestrate end-to-end processes using UiPath Maestro.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable automation workflows.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

  • Completed technical education in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor/Master, apprenticeship, HF/FH/University/ETH, or equivalent).
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in process automation using UiPath.
  • Experience with business process modeling and BPMN.
  • Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and interest in AI/LLM-driven process orchestration.
  • Fluent in English and either German (C1), French (C1), or Italian (C1), depending on location.

A plus

  • UiPath Automation Developer Professional or Automation Business Analyst Professional certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
