Hansjörg Süess has been CEO since January 2009. His tasks at adesso Schweiz AG focus on strengthening sales and marketing activities and consistently continuing the growth strategy in the Swiss market. Since spring 2019, he has held the position of Managing Director as Delegate of the Board of Directors at adesso Schweiz AG.
As CFO & CAO at adesso Schweiz AG, Christian Reusser is responsible for the areas of finance, controlling, human resources and infrastructure. As quality manager he is also responsible for the consistent application and further development of the management system, which has been certified according to the ISO standard 9001:2015 since January 2017.
Dr. Michael Hartmann has been working in the consulting industry for over 15 years. He holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen and is a regular contributor to publications in the insurance industry. With business and IT consulting he supports adesso's customers in strategic and conceptual questions and continues to accompany them with his team until the technical implementation.
Michaela Gasser is a Key Account Manager at SBB and Swiss Post. In her function as Chief Customer Officer she is responsible for selling the adesso service portfolio on the Swiss market. She is the first point of contact when it comes to developing customer strategies, customer support and retention as well as sales management.
Daniel Wildi has held various management positions at Swisscom over the past 18 years. He is an experienced Agile Leader in the ICT environment with a strong affinity for software, development and operations. He also has a proven track record in transforming organizations, optimizing processes and implementing IT projects as well as introducing new, agile methods and mindset approaches.
Dominik Bischof began his professional career with the automation of industrial facilities. He complemented his experience in software engineering with methodological skills in agile development, requirements and project management, first in application, then in consulting. He focuses on supporting customers in their digital transformation in the environment of Industry 4.0.
Stefan Käser has been working in software development in Bern for 15 years. As a graduate engineer in computer science, he has a technical background and extensive expertise in the development of flexible custom made software solutions, especially in complex projects. In addition to a lot of practical experience in project management and steering, he is also familiar with the cooperation of distributed teams and the use of Shoring locations.
Erwin Küng has many years of experience in the life sciences industry, both on the customer side and on the supplier side in consulting and with IT services. His focus is on development, sales and the provision of consulting services for the core processes in R&D, manufacturing and sales & marketing. From 2011 to 2019 Erwin Küng was managing director of the life sciences consulting company Arcondis.
Andrea Buzzi has been working in business and IT consulting for over 20 years. He is an experienced consultant and engagement lead on global digital initiatives in Tier1 banks and has a long experience in developing and selling CLM and onboarding solutions in the FSI market. Andrea Buzzi holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen, manages the IT Service Center in Lugano (TI-Shore) which is used throughout Switzerland and supports adesso customers with consulting services in the fields of process automation, customer engagement and operational excellence. Since October 2021, he is also the Country Manager of the newly founded adesso Italia based in Milan.
Dominik Langer has been driving technological competence and innovation at adesso and its customers since mid-2019. Dominik Langer completed his academic career at the ETH Zurich, where he received his doctorate as Dr. sc. ETH. Dominik Langer has a broad background ranging from software development and IT operations to research and development and management consulting at the interface between business and technology.
