Shkelzen Syla takes over the leadership of the newly created Salesforce Competence Center at adesso Schweiz

adesso is expanding its Salesforce business in Switzerland and has appointed Shkelzen Syla as head of the newly created Salesforce Competence Center as of July 1, 2026.

In his role as Head of the Salesforce Competence Center at adesso Schweiz, Shkelzen Syla is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Salesforce business as well as the further expansion of the corresponding solution and service portfolio.

Shkelzen Syla joins adesso Schweiz from Persistent Systems. With his many years of experience, he has a deep understanding of the needs of corporate customers across various industries and is highly familiar with the opportunities and challenges of modern cloud and platform technologies.

In his new role, Shkelzen Syla will drive the development of the Salesforce Competence Center forward, strategically defining and positioning adesso Schweiz's offerings around the Salesforce portfolio in the market.

With the newly created Competence Center and the arrival of Shkelzen Syla, we are sending a clear signal for the expansion of our Salesforce business in the Swiss market, emphasizes Andrea Buzzi, member of the Executive Board of adesso Schweiz.
