Are you an IT services professional with a strong customer and service orientation? Then joining our Managed Services team is the right place for you! To create sustainable customer relationships, we incorporate in-house developments and third-party software into our Managed Services. As a team, we ensure the smooth operation, support, care, maintenance, and further development of the solution. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for internal communication at an operational level.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH
- You review customer requests, categorize and coordinate the processing within the team and ensure that they are successfully implemented, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
- In the interface function, you recognize the challenges and opportunities of our customers with regard to applications, middleware, databases and (cloud) infrastructure.
- You are familiar with the customer's IT landscape and ensure contract-compliant system operation with your team. Managing and monitoring service level agreements is routine for you.
- You work according to defined standards for processes and drive these forward in existing and future projects.
- You identify optimization and improvement potential and actively derive measures.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Relevant studies or comparable qualification in the IT environment and corresponding practical work experience
- Experience in the management and provision of IT services
- Ideally knowledge of project management methods
- Very strong customer, service and team orientation
- Confident appearance and confident in customer communication
- High level of technical expertise and analytical skills
- Ideally an understanding of the interaction of web technologies with databases and (cloud) infrastructures
- Very good French and English skills (written and spoken). Good knowledge of German is an advantage.
